/ph3Your Role /h3pWe are looking for a proactive, creative, and curiousb Time Method Specialist /bwith Manufacturing and Time Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy).
/ppIn this role, you will work in cross-functional and cross-Plant teams and cooperate with all departments on Manufacturing projects, coordinating internal and external resources.
We need innovation and passion in Lean Production and Design for Manufacturing to be on the cutting edge.

and Costs /liliDefine factory and assembly line layout /liliDefine internal logistic flows /liliDefine production Standard Time /liliNew products start up /liliIntroduce Innovative solutions related to Manufacturing processes /liliCoordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progresses /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

/ppWhat you should bring: /pulliTechnical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred) /liliExperience in New Product development and startup (Familiarity with Stage-Gate methodology) /liliExperience in Assembly process /liliKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, FMEA, 6?, ...) /liliExperience in Production standard time definition /liliSolid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel and data analysis /liliKnowledge of Autocad / CAD /liliFocus on Execution /liliInterested in AI and its use in industrial contexts /liliAvailable for business trips to subsidiaries and suppliers /liliKnowledge of Ergonomics principles /li /ulh3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
