About the Role
We are looking forSpanish-speaking Customer Service Representativesto join international teams supporting global brands.
You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer support inSpanishthrough phone, email, and chat
Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication
Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Collaborate with team members to solve customer concerns
Keep accurate notes of customer interactions
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2)
Good level ofEnglish(B1+)
Customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work inrotational shifts
Customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
