Senior Business Development Manager South of Italy (based in Puglia north)In this role you drive revenue and profitability growth within a defined regional territory by managing key customers and coordinating cross-functional resources.
You act as the primary contact for customers and CooperVision, shaping Joint Business Plans and ensuring service levels.
You will work with sales, customer marketing, CS and credit teams to meet annual targets while expanding strategic customer relationships and product knowledge.
This position offers direct impact on regional growth and customer experience through proactive planning and collaboration.

Manage regional key customers and drive revenue and profit growth within the territory
Lead cross-functional resources (Customer Service, Field network, Customer Marketing) to deliver value-added solutions
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with regional customers
Achieve sales targets and optimize call plans to maximize prospecting and efficiency
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CooperVision products, clinical/technical info,
market positioning and brand messages
Attend sales meetings and represent the company at seminars and exhibitions to enhance customer experience
Report to Regional Sales Manager and manage an annual sales target (~€1,400,000) across ~180 customers
Coordinate interactions with internal departments (Sales, Customer Marketing, CS, Credit Collection)
Work independently and in a team to meet predefined objectives, under pressure
Travel optimization to improve efficiency of customer visits
Experience in a professional sales environment
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all management levels
Track record of target xysqume achievement in sales environments
Customer business acumen and commercial understanding
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a large geographic sales area
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize and organize
Ability to read and understand technical material
Knowledge of common operating systems and office programs
