ph3bMISSION: /b /h3 pBe a Business Partner from a Legal standpoint for Corporate Functions, providing timely answers and legal analysis. /p h3bKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: /b /h3 ul liManagement and prosecution of trademarks’ and designs’ portfolios, also through the coordination of external counsels /li liHandling, management and coordination of brand protection and anticounterfeiting activities, both online and offline, aimed at protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including of civil, administrative or criminal nature /li liHandling and management of customs surveillance, including the handling of customs seizures and the coordination with enforcement authorities and external counsels /li liCarrying out internal risk-assessments and IP legal clearance ensuring that all necessary rights are secured on worldwide basis. /li liManaging the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of complex commercial agreements on a global scale including: ul liImagine rights agreements (talents, models) /li liproduction agreements for advertising campaigns, digital content, PR events and special projects /li lico-branding licensing and IP driven partnership including product compliance and distribution matters. /li /ul /li /ul ul liProvide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on marketing, communication,



creative initiatives balancing legal risks with business needs, /li liManaging the drafting review and negotiation of a wide range of IT agreements on a global scale /li liSupporting the e-commerce team in ensuring the official website's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations /li liProvide support to the General Counsel in the development, management and implementation of special projects across multiple disciplines /li lispecial complex legal analysis and problem-solving research, counsel and guidance /li liHandle external lawyers, notaries and consultants /li /ul h3bKEY REQUIREMENTS: /b /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Law, Up to 7 years of experience in a similar role /li liHighly developed legal and analytic skills (e.g. negotiation, drafting, relevant legal knowledge) /li liWork effectively across different functions /li liManaging projects autonomously in coordination with the General Counsel /li liDisseminate legal issues in a clear, concise and pragmatic manner /li liMeet deadlines and provide professional level of service all time /li /ul pSalary package: up to 50.000,00 annual gross salary per year + additional benefits to be discussed. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
