ppFor a challenging role within an internationally active industrial organization. /p pThe role reports to senior management and works closely with the Production, Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Procurement and Research Development departments. /p h3Purpose of the role /h3 pTo ensure, through expertise, leadership and motivation, that products and production processes meet customer requirements, applicable regulations and automotive industry standards, whilst ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and related standards. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical , Eectronical or Management Engineering /li liSpecialization in Quality Systems Management /li liMBA or postgraduate course in management and leadership /li liLanguages: Italian and English, German is a plus /li liIATF 16949/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification /li liSix Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Ishikawa,



lean methodology /li liAt least 15 years’ experience in Quality Department product and process within multinational organizations /li liAuthority, assertiveness, leadership, decisiveness /li liGood interpersonal skills, effective communication /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement and supervision of the following areas ul liProduct Quality /li liProcess Quality /li liQuality Management System /li liSupplier Quality /li liLeadership and Team Management /li /ul /li libKey KPIs /b ul liCustomer PPM /li liInternal PPM /li liNumber of customer complaints /li liCost of Poor Quality (COPQ) /li liFirst Pass Yield (FPY) /li liAudit Score /liliPercentage of corrective actions completed on time /li liProcess capability (Cp/Cpk) /li liSupplier quality performance /li /ul /li /ul pbLOCATION: /b Italy – Emilia Romagna /p pbCONTRACT: /b Permanent contract /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
