Richemont in Milano seeks a CRM leader to develop and oversee the Serapian global CRM strategy across online and offline channels, building an omnichannel client journey and boosting engagement and ROI.

You will manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign), coordinate with retail and e-commerce teams, monitor KPIs, and drive personalization, retention and growth across the luxury brand.
