ph3Description /h3 pWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee and lead the daily operations of both our Stockroom and Receiving/Shipping Departments.
In this key role, the Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and goods throughout our facility, maintaining accuracy and operational excellence across all logistics functions.
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager/Chief Inspector, the Logistics Supervisor will play a critical role in upholding our standards of quality and operational integrity while providing strong leadership and direction to their team.
/p h3Key Duties /h3 ul liIdentifying, segregating, preserving, and controlling all articles during receiving, shipping, and stores.
/li liIdentifying, segregating, preserving, and controlling all time-sensitive and hazardous material during receiving, shipping, and stores.
/li liRouting both CIMA's customer and internal articles to the appropriate department.
/li liProviding suitable facilities for the storage and preservation of articles while in CIMA's possession.
/li liProviding suitable facilities and equipment for the receiving and shipping of articles to both customers and vendors.
/li liInspecting all incoming articles and materials to ensure that the required proper and complete documentation is received prior to induction into CIMA in accordance with CIMA's RSQM, CIMA's regulatory requirements, and standard industry standards.
/li liEnsuring that all articles are packaged in accordance with the Air Transport Association Specification 300, air carrier specifications, or specific technical data requirements.
/li liControlling and scheduling all deliveries for CIMA AVIATION, LLC.
and CIMA's customers.
