It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores. /p h3Senior PPC Specialist /h3 pAt Diesel, location Milan, we are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our E-commerce team, with deep technical and analytical expertise to drive and optimize paid media campaigns across global markets. /p pHe/She will report directly to the Digital Marketing Analytics Manager. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liPlan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Criteo /li liLeverage Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage, automate, and optimize large-scale paid search campaigns /li liMonitor key KPIs, develop in-depth performance reports, and provide strategic insights on campaign performance, customer journey, and ROAS /li liCollaborate closely with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate paid media into omnichannel marketing strategies /li liConduct A/B testing and continuously optimize targeting, creatives,
and campaign performance /li liSupport the development and execution of paid media strategies for new international markets and audience segments /li liBuild and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration /li liDrive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and introducing new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liAt least 6 years of experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns within agencies or established, complex organizations /li liStrong proficiency in Search Ads 360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Programmatic Advertising platforms /li liExperience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager /li liPrevious experience in the fashion, luxury, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable /li liStrong analytical mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret and work with large datasets /li liFluent English is required; native or professional proficiency in Italian is a plus /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pMilan (MI) /p h3Compensation Level: /h3 ul liCCNL Textile Industry, Level 6° /li liSalary range (gross annual): €40.000 - €45.000 /li liVariable incentive plan:
