What You’ll Do
Support Italian‑speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot service and technical issues (full training provided)
Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience

What We’re Looking For
Italian at C2 level
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Positive attitude, curiosity, and motivation to grow
No previous experience needed (full training provided)
Must reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Lisbon
