Reporting to the Retail Director and as part of our commitment to elevating commercial excellence, your primary mission will be to drive continuous improvement across our country retail network.
You will lead the country retail coaching strategy, support boutique performance, and enhance client experience through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.Tutti i potenziali candidati sono invitati a leggere con attenzione i seguenti dettagli prima di inviare la propria candidatura.In this role:You will support the country retail coaching strategy, inspiring and animating a community of retail coaches to elevate field performanceYou will monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events) to identify areas of underperformance and propose targeted action plansYou will support client experience initiatives, including eNPS and mystery shopper programs,
translating insights into actionable improvements across the client journeyYou will coach and collaborate closely with market retail populations and support functions, ensuring alignment and impact across marketsYou will contribute to strategic projects, storytelling initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs, acting as a brand ambassador and upholding our valuesYou will work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure consistency and synergy between headquarters and local teamsQualificationsYou hold a higher education degree and have 2-3 years of experience in field sales, ideally within watchmaking or luxury retail.You have a strong understanding of retail operations and client experience standards.You demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
