/ppbr / /ppWhat we expect from you /pulliMSc degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automotive Engineering or similar.
/liliInterest in battery systems and e-mobility technologies.
/liliPreferred: internship, thesis, Formula Student, or academic projects related to battery systems and EVs.
/liliBasic knowledge of simulation and data analysis tools.
/liliKnowledge of automotive standards and regulations (ISO, ECE) is a plus.
/liliAnalytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
/liliTeam player, able to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
/liliFluent in English and Italian.
/li /ulpbr / /ppWhat you can expect from us /ppThe position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €******, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
/ppIn line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
