Position SummaryPharmacovigilance Specialist (VIE contract) in Milan, Italy.
The role is part of Sanofi's Patient Safety & Pharmacovigilance team and focuses on ensuring compliance with global, regional, and local pharmacovigilance regulations.
The VIE program is available to EU citizens aged *****; applications must be submitted in English.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the Pharmacovigilance Specialist for Sanofi products.
Maintain Pharmacovigilance Operating & Safety Management.
Monitor incoming communications to detect and manage pharmacovigilance data in a timely manner.
Track pharmacovigilance requirements for global, regional, and local programs.
Contribute to education and training on pharmacovigilance within the local organization.
Generate compliance metrics.
Collaborate with in?country partner functions.
Work with regional teams on the management of the local pharmacovigilance system.
Process pharmacovigilance data.
Translate medical texts into English.
Support the implementation of current departmental projects.




Requirements1–2 years experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of international and national pharmacovigilance regulations and industry standards.
Good knowledge of medical terminology (asset).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sense of urgency and adherence to safety rules and global procedures.
Ability to work in international and transversal teams.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, punctuality, diligence, and the ability to set priorities under time pressure.
University degree in Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Health Sciences, Veterinarian, Biologist, or other medical/scientific background.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Italian an advantage.
