We are looking for a proactive bSales Operations Specialist /b to join our team and help drive smooth and efficient sales processes bin the Italian market.
/b /p pIn this role, you will support our local Sales and Marketing teams with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks, helping to optimize workflows, coordinate key activities, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
/p h3What you will be doing /h3 ul liSupport and collaborate with the EMEA Sales Operations team, with a primary focus on the day-to-day operational, organizational, and administrative support of the Italian Sales Team.
/li liMaintain and update Go-to-Market materials, sales tools, price lists, and commercial documentation.
/li liCoordinate sales programs, promotional activities, and special commercial agreements, ensuring timely execution and communication.
/li liManage product master data and prepare sales reports, analyses, and business insights.
/li liCreate and maintain regular sales reports, analyses, and performance dashboards using SAP, Analysis for Excel and SAC.
/li liManage and support the Elastic Suite B2B platform, including user administration, training, and day-to-day support.
/li liManage the processing and administration of sample and demo/test orders.
/li liSupport local marketing activities and events in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
/li liPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.
/li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or a similar role supporting a B2B sales organization.




/li liExperience working with sales reporting, commercial data, pricing, or product master data.
/li liAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reporting; experience with SAP, Analysis for Excel, SAC, or similar business systems is an advantage.
/li liHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
/li liExcellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
/li liSolution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
/li liPassion for skiing and winter sports, with a genuine interest in our products and industry.
