Manager / Team Leader

As Manager Network Services you will shape and execute a global strategy for network services in a cloud-driven environment. You will lead a diverse engineering team, drive adoption of SDN and security services, and collaborate with external partners to support Oerlikon's digital transformation. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to deliver scalable, secure network solutions. You will work across IT leadership and business units to enable a leading digital company.

- Develop and implement a global strategy for network services
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting SDN and related technologies
- Lead and mentor a global team of engineers and specialists
- Collaborate with external partners and service providers to align external capabilities with internal needs
- Contribute expertise to ongoing corporate IT projects as xysqume part of the digital transformation path
- 10 years of experience in network services
- minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- experience in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments
- practical programming experience a plus
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- fluency in Italian and English (German a plus)
