This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of social affiliate strategies — working closely with internal teams and creators to drive product visibility, engagement, and revenue. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-priority social commerce function at an innovative, consumer-first brand. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the day-to-day execution of SharkNinja's social affiliate programme across key platforms, identifying, onboarding, and engaging creators and partners that align with brand objectives. /li liAssist in the delivery of affiliate campaigns designed to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales, following direction set by the TikTok Shop Manager. /li liMaintain close communication with affiliate creators, offering timely support, responses to BAU questions, performance insights, and creative guidance to optimise results.



/li liMonitor affiliate performance using platform-native analytics and internal dashboards, flagging trends and insights to the Affiliate Manager for optimisation. /li liManage administrative tasks such as partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, and compliance checks, ensuring accurate execution and reporting. /li liStay informed on emerging social commerce trends, creator opportunities, and competitor activity across platforms to help shape campaign execution. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of affiliate workflows and partner processes, supporting team efficiency and scalability. /li liEmbody SharkNinja's brand values in all external interactions and serve as a key point of contact for affiliates and creators. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liAt least 1 year's experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing - ideally within eCommerce or consumer brands. Experience with social commerce affiliate programmes is advantageous. /li liA strong understanding of social platform ecosystems, creator culture, and content trends across channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. /li liData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. /li liStrong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach. /li liA motivated self-starter who is ambitious and curious, with a desire to test new ideas. /li liStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a variety of styles and personalities. /li liThrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of multitasking effectively. /li /ul p#LI-HYBRID /p h3Our Culture /h3 pAt SharkNinja,
