The role requires the ability to combine strategic HR expertise with a data-driven and quantitative approach, translating business needs, workforce insights and financial considerations into effective people strategies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pKey resposibilities: /p ul liIdentifying HR priorities from departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. /li liSupporting the business in the workforce planning and organizational design through quantitative analysis of headcount, capability needs and future talent requirements. /li liPartnering with business leaders in the management and monitoring of HR-related budgets and people costs,
ensuring alignment with financial targets and supporting sustainable organizational growth. /li liLeading and delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, resourcing, employee relations and performance management. /li liLeveraging HR data, metrics and analytics to support evidence-based decision making, monitor organizational performance and identify trends related to workforce dynamics, productivity and engagement. If necessary address the relative case management. /li liMaintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates in Italy; ensuring the application of the central HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern procedures and best practice and, when necessary, design local initiatives to address specific needs. /li liManaging labor relations, including the negotiation of the company level agreements, organizing regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships with employee representatives. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent Contract /li liThe position is classified at level Quadro of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011.
/li liThe gross annual salary for the role ranges between 65.000 and 75.000 euros. /li /ul pThe determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into account the company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skills held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered. /p pAdditional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employment. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pSkills Required: /p ul liBachelor's Degree, preferably in humanities, economics or law /li liKnowledge of HR software or management systems, preferably an Oracle System /li li10/15 years of experience in HRBP role /li liSolid experience in labor relations /li liSolid strategic vision and business acumen, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, flexibility in managing change, and strong focus on coaching and people development, combined with integrity, discretion and reliability. /li liStrong clear and assertive communication skills, with empathy and emotional intelligence, able to effectively influence and manage different internal stakeholders. /li liFluency in English - written and verbal, any other major European language is an advantage /li /ul h3Canon Core Competencies /h3 ul liFocus on the customer /li liPlan organise effectively /li liApply business acumen /li liNegotiate influence /li liAct as a team player /li liDrive manage change /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
