Seeking an experienced Property Manager for a private home in Florence.

Requirements:

Valid work papers
Valid driver’s license and own car

Responsibilities:

Oversee villa maintenance and daily operations
Coordinate and supervise gardeners, cleaners, contractors, and other service providers
Manage insurance, utilities, and property administration
Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard year-round
