Experteer Italy is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits analyst to support global initiatives and data governance. You will extract, analyze, and report on workforce compensation data from the HRIS, contribute to salary harmonization, and assist with incentive design across countries and business units.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement global C&B; projects, ensure governance compliance, and support performance management from a compensation perspective.
