Iveco Group is seeking a Lead for Control Room & Technical Performance and On-site Technical Support to proactively identify product issues, accelerate resolutions, and enhance service effectiveness using telematics data and diagnostics.

The role manages end-to-end technical issues for a defined product range, ensuring issues in customer operations are understood, configured, resolved, and communicated to networks and customers to improve satisfaction and uptime.
