ph3What We Are Looking For: /h3 pThe HR Coordinator – International Projects is a key contributor within the Human Resources function, responsible for coordinating and driving HR initiatives across multiple countries. The role ensures consistency, alignment, and effective implementation of global HR policies and processes, supporting organizational growth and acting as a strategic link between Headquarters, local HR teams, and international stakeholders. /p h3Position Purpose /h3 pTo provide integrated and structured coordination of international HR processes, contributing to organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and regulatory compliance, with a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on the HR function. /p h3Key Activities: /h3 h3International HR Project Coordination /h3 ul liLead and coordinate cross-country HR projects (e.g. set-up and development of local HR structures, roll-out of global HR policies, process harmonization initiatives). /li liPlan and manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives. /li liAct as a central point of contact between HQ, local HR teams, external consultants, and international partners. /li /ul h3Core HR Activities /h3 ul liRecruitment Talent Acquisition: support and coordinate international hiring strategies, including selection processes and onboarding activities. /li liLearning Development: contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of training programs and leadership development initiatives. /li liPerformance Management: support performance review cycles,



talent assessment, and development processes. /li liCompensation Benefits: support the definition and governance of compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with local market practices and internal equity. /li liEmployee Relations: support the management of employee relations and day-to-day HR matters across different geographies. /li /ul h3Policies, Processes, and Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure effective deployment and consistent application of global HR policies and procedures across all countries of operation. /li liMonitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations, in collaboration with legal advisors and payroll providers. /li liSupport internal and external audits, as well as HR governance and reporting requirements. /li /ul h3Strategic Support and HR Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare and consolidate international HR reporting (KPIs, headcount, workforce costs, turnover, etc.). /li liProvide qualitative and quantitative analysis to support leadership decision-making. /li liContribute to change management initiatives, organizational design, and continuous improvement projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Economics, Work or Organizational Psychology, or related fields. /li li4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar roles. /li liProven experience in managing international HR projects and working in multi-country or matrix organizations. /li liSolid understanding of end-to-end HR processes. /li liGood knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices. /li liStrong project management and coordination skills. /li liProficiency in HRIS, HR analytics, and reporting tools. /li liStrong organizational and coordination capabilities, with a global mindset. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in multicultural and cross-functional environments. /li liStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. /li liAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities and projects. /li liFluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a strong advantage. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liAnnual gross bsalary ranging /b from €38.000 to €42.000; /li liSupplementary bhealth insurance; /b /li liA culture that values bdiversity, equity, /b and binclusion. /b /li /ul pOur company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
