Ball Corporation is seeking a Start‑Up Process Specialist to drive New Build, New Line and Line Conversion startups in can making. You will own a process area, push for steady-state operation, and lead continuous improvement while upholding safety standards.

You will train operators and mechanics, troubleshoot startups, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to achieve defined performance targets and maintain regulatory compliance.
