International Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy field is looking for an Investment Associate

International Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy based in Rome

Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluation of potential investments and divestments, including:

- Development and management of financial models;
- Support & create analysis for live/pipeline transactions (operational and development projects);
- Assist in managing and reviewing due diligence, including the management of financial, legal, and technical advisors;
- Assist in the writing of Investment Committee and Board papers;
- Support in the supervision and monitoring of existing investments working closely with the finance and technical teams;
- Other analytical, research and modelling support for the team, including competitor analysis and market reviews;
- Semi-annual valuations of fund portfolios, along with review of fund valuation models;
- Preparation of client communication materials;
- Participation in meetings with external counterparts;
- Support and delivery of internal initiatives;




- Performance analysis of investments to comply with regular reporting obligations.

As a member of a small team of executives you will be expected to participate in all aspects of the business which may include from time to time: presenting to Partners or Board meetings; providing support in investment preparation; supporting investor communications or promotions; supporting financing, compliance and investment activities of the business.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- +4 year in Investment or Financing
- Obtained at least a 2:1 Bachelors 's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
- Renewable Energy focused background
- Economics or Business related experience
- Financial & Analytical ability
- Time management
- Organised
- Knowledge of Investment lifecycle, Renewable energy and Financial modelling
- Willing to travel extensively
- Fluent in English and Italian level, Spanish will be considered an advantage

Perm Contract, salabry package based on the previous experience
