Export Sales Area Development Specialist – Professional Beverage Solutions
As the Export Sales Development Specialist you will support the Sales organization in developing profitable beverage equipment sales growth throughout Europe and Francophone Africa under the SPM Brand and Private Label.
You will manage the existing customers and specialised beverage equipment distribution network and support the EMEA Head of Beverage & Key Account Manager to further develop the business towards Beverage Companies, Ingredient Producers and specialised Beverage Equipment dealers.
What You'll Be Doing
Grow sales within specialised beverage equipment dealers and ingredient suppliers in Europe and Francophone Africa.
Generate profitable sales growth by developing the dealer network across the assigned geographical area.
Identify, set up, and organize distribution channels following the specialist approach and specialty brand sales channels.
Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure together with the Head of Beverage Sales EMEA management.
Support development of promotions and actions to grow specific beverage categories, countries or segments.
Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month for the assigned customers.
Involve the distribution network and customers in the use of digital sales tools (es CRM, calculators, Digital Platform).
Support participation in trade shows and other industry events when required.
Actively provide market insight, identify additional growth opportunities and understand market needs to provide other areas within the organization.
Ensure that sales support tools are in line with market needs.
Manage implementation of payment terms, credit limits and collection of receivables.
Contribute positively to a remote team.
What's Needed For You To Thrive
University degree.
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B service and sales in international and multicultural environments.
Experience in hospitality sector preferred.
Fluent in English and French; Italian or other European language a plus.
Available to travel.
Good interpersonal skills, able to establish credibility and trust by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customer businesses and needs.
Professional and competent.
Self?motivated and independent, able to organise and prioritise own workload.
Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to influence others, collaborate and work in a team.
Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering defined results.
