Oversee a team of project managers and delivery staff, providing guidance and mentorship
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Strong project management background with experience leading delivery in Health & Public Services
Proven experience with client relations and stakeholder management

Understanding of delivery processes, methodologies, and quality standards
