AsHSE Officer, you will respond to theH&S; Domestic Onshore Projects Managerand be part of theHSE Functionwithinthe HSE E&C; ONSHORE PROJECTS Department.
How can you support us?
Here below your responsibilities:Implementation and Monitoring of the HSE System
Support the application of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at the site.
Verify the adequacy of the Site HSE Plan, update documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Risk Assessment and Operational Controls
Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
Supervise Subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE procedures.
HSE Training, Awareness, and Communication
Organize and coordinate training activities, HSE meetings, and awareness programs.
Promote personnel indoctrination and the dissemination of HSE culture.
Inspections, Audits, and Incident Management
Plan and participate in inspections, audits, and HSE walk-arounds.
Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Reporting,



Statistics, and Continuous Improvement
Prepare periodic HSE reports and update site statistics.
Monitor performance against objectives and propose recovery/improvement plans.
What are we looking for?
Education:Technical degree or high school diploma
Experience:2-5 years' experience preferably in structured industrial companies.
Technical Skills:Knowledge of HSE management systems, Risk assessment and hazard management expertise, Audit, inspection, and HSE reporting capabilities, HSE training and communication skills, Emergency management and incident response.
What else should you know?
You will have the opportunity to travel in Venezia, the place in which the project is located.
