ppbType: /b Contract /p pPlan the Delivery of Europe's Most Advanced Data Centre Projects /p pWe are working with leading contractors, engineering consultancies, and data centre developers to recruit experienced bData Centre Project Planners /b for major hyperscale and mission-critical construction projects across Europe. /p pAs demand for cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure continues to accelerate, we're looking for planning professionals who have a proven track record of delivering complex data centre programmes. This is an opportunity to join high-profile projects from pre-construction through to commissioning, working alongside some of the industry's most experienced delivery teams. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs a bData Centre Project Planner /b, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project programmes, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring key milestones are achieved throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Commercial Teams, and subcontractors, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical facilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes using bPrimavera P6 /b. /li liMonitor project progress, analyse critical path activities, and identify programme risks and opportunities. /li liProduce look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and programme updates for internal and client stakeholders. /li liWork closely with construction, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure programme objectives are achieved. /li liSupport planning activities from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.



/li liIdentify programme delays and develop recovery plans to minimise project impact. /li liAssist with change management, extension of time (EOT) assessments, and programme revisions. /li liAttend planning and coordination meetings, providing accurate schedule analysis and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience planning bdata centre /b, bmission-critical /b, or blarge-scale MEP/CSA construction projects /b. /li liAdvanced knowledge of bPrimavera P6 /b and critical path methodology. /li liStrong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning, and project delivery. /li liExperience managing complex project programmes within fast-paced construction environments. /li liExcellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and clients. /li liExperience with Tier 1 contractors, specialist MEP contractors, or EPC organisations. /li liKnowledge of NEC, FIDIC, or other major construction contracts. /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, BIM, or 4D planning tools. /li liExperience supporting programme recovery, delay analysis, or claims. /li /ul h3Why Join? /h3 pThis is an opportunity to work on some of Europe's largest and most technically complex data centre developments, supporting projects that underpin AI, cloud computing, and global digital infrastructure. /p pWith long-term contract opportunities, competitive day rates, and exposure to industry-leading clients, you'll be part of projects shaping the future of mission-critical construction. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
