Investment Real Estate Valuer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Investment Real Estate Valuer to join its office in Milano within the Real Estate General Management Division.
Support the periodic valuation and economic analysis of real estate assets or portfolios for financial reporting purposes.
Provide accurate market value assessments for clients such as asset management companies, institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, and corporations.
Conduct valuations of real estate assets, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
Assist in preparing detailed valuation reports for individual assets or portfolios, including financial analyses and market insights.
Gather and analyze market data to support valuation assumptions and conclusions.
Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal quality standards during the valuation process.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture o Engineering General
2 years experience in real estate market analysis and intelligence.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with real estate valuation principles.
Proficiency in valuation tools and software (e.g.,



Argus, advanced Excel).
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
