We are looking for an experienced and highly confident Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems.
You will take ownership of complex machine learning projects from experimentation to production, influence technical architecture, and help define engineering standards across the team.
This role is suited to someone with strong technical judgement, extensive production experience, and the confidence to make high-impact decisions independently.
Build and scale reliable, enterprise-grade machine learning systems.
Turn advanced research and prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Improve model performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Provide technical leadership across machine learning projects.
Strengthen engineering standards through mentoring and design reviews.
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy deep learning and generative AI models.
Own complex ML initiatives from initial definition through production monitoring.
Build scalable data, training, inference, and evaluation pipelines.
Diagnose model degradation, data drift, performance, and reliability issues.
Collaborate with research, engineering, product, and security teams.
Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, algorithms, and experimental design.
Advanced Python skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar frameworks.
Proven ability to build and operate machine learning systems in production.
Required Experience
~7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, applied AI, or a related field.
~ Several years of direct ownership of production machine learning systems.
~ Experience leading complex and technically ambiguous AI projects.
~ Strong knowledge of deployment, monitoring, scalability, and MLOps practices.
~ A proven track record of delivering measurable product or business impact.
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, RAG, or multimodal systems.
Knowledge of privacy-preserving AI, federated learning, or secure deployment.
Experience with CUDA, GPU optimization, distributed training, or inference optimization.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tooling.
A Master's degree, Ph.publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
