KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.
Specifically, when you join the Digital Finance Transformation team in Turin , you will interact with top-tier professionals and clients, laying the foundations for your career in a collaborative and stimulating environment focused on individual growth and open to dialogue.
You will work with expert colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.
redefining enterprise performance management strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model;
analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
designing IT solutions for finance and business processes and providing support in the implementation stage, in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market (Oracle, Tagetik, Board and OneStream);
monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance;
generation of functional analysis documents.
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
master's degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering, with excellent results;
excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by studies and/or work experience abroad,



and proficiency in the MS Office suite;
Control Models, Budgeting and Forecasting, Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Planning;
experience with modules of solutions such as Board, Tagetik CPM, SAP BPC, or Oracle Hyperion will be considered a plus.

This opportunity is offered as either an internship or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €29,000.
The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role.
