This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation. /p h3Title: Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems - Utility /h3 h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. /li liEvaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. /li liPrepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. /li liDevelop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. /li liWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and RD, to align solutions with project goals.
/li liServe as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre‑sales, proposal, and implementation phases. /li liContribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization. /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /li liProficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents. /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail. /li liStrong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liStrong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred. /li liFamiliarity with system simulation and design tools. /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
