The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
As part of Le Creuset's Marketing team, you'll help bring our iconic brand to life through compelling campaigns, storytelling, and customer engagement. From digital strategy to in-store experiences, you'll play a key role in connecting people to our products and heritage. This role blends creativity with data-driven thinking, perfect for someone who's passionate about colour, craft, and building meaningful connections with customers around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day workflow of Le Creuset Italy's social media channels, including content scheduling, community management and performance monitoring.
Assist in the creation and adaptation of sales support materials for Wholesale (WHS) partners, including presentations, product launches and commercial toolkits.
Develop and coordinate additional local marketing assets in line with brand guidelines.
Manage operational workflows related to Point of Sale (POS) materials, including article creation, supplier coordination, printing organization, stock monitoring and POS library maintenance.
Support PR and influencer marketing activities, including sample ordering and shipment, product placements, budget tracking and follow-up with agencies, influencers and media partners.
Create and distribute DEMs (Direct Email Marketing campaigns and newsletters).
Support the development of seasonal and ad hoc communication materials, such as event invitations, holiday greetings and promotional assets.
Assist in monitoring and updating the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and investments.
Coordinate translation requests and ensure consistency of local marketing communications.
Support Wholesale marketing activities by sharing product images, sales tools and communication materials with partners.
Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, trade fairs, meetings and product launches.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports, analyzing key metrics related to social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
Support the preparation of sales reports by collecting, consolidating and analyzing sell-in and sell-out data from different channels.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Native Italian speaker.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or other marketing analytics tools is considered a plus.
