About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategicGeneral Managerto lead and expand our operations in Italy, with a strong focus onsales growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead thecommercial strategyand drive revenue growth across key business segments.
Manage and develop thesales team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
Overseeday-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships withkey clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, HR)
to ensure operational excellence.
Report directly to the regional leadership team.
Requirements
Proven experience as aGeneral Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Directorin a B2B environment.
Strong track record insales leadership, business development, and team management.
Excellent understanding of theItalian marketand customer dynamics.
Fluent inItalian and English.
Strategic thinker with hands?on execution skills.
Experience in managingP&Land; driving profitability.
