We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. /ph3THE ROLE: /h3pThe Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) ensures suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and company standards throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead supplier qualifications, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and supplier development activities, while supporting New Product Development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance and product quality. /ph3Principal Responsibilities: /h3ulliQualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet company quality standards. /liliConduct supplier audits, including system and process audits. /liliLead root cause analysis related to supplier quality issues and non-conformances. /liliManage high impact suppliers' quality issues by coordinating containment actions to minimize impact on production and customers. /liliIdentify high-risk suppliers and establish improvement plans. /liliLead sampling activities and validation (PPAP) on different types of projects. /liliParticipate in design reviews and New Product Development (NPD) activities to preventively identify manufacturing risks, process limitations, and supplier capability gaps before supplier award and/or product launch. /liliMaintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3pA bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials engineering) is preferred.
