As aCustomer Success Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor in the post-sales phase, supporting customers in design, process, and software-related topics ensuring timely and high-quality assistance while helping them maximize the value of our technologies and contributing to their satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Few examples of responsibilitiesAct as a key point of contact for customers in the post-sales phase, ensuring timely and effective support
Support the resolution of technical issues related to applications, software, and manufacturing processes, coordinating with internal teams when needed
Provide consultative guidance on design workflows, processes, and software tools to drive effective adoption of Caracol's solutions
Collect and structure customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
Monitor customer activity and engagement, contributing to a proactive and structured post-sales follow-up




Ideal BackgroundDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
2–4 years of experience in roles such as Application Engineer, Design Engineer, Customer Success, or Technical Support within industrial or manufacturing environments
Solid experience in industrial contexts; exposure to Additive Manufacturing is a plus
Experience in 3D modelling, with knowledge of Rhinoceros as a plus
Good understanding of design processes, software tools, and manufacturing workflows
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
Other requirementsAvailability to travel occasionally to customer sites
