/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are seeking abCustomer Care Manager /b to be the "voice of the customer" throughout the customer journey.
You will collect feedback, monitor customer satisfaction KPIs, and activate continuous improvement actions to enhance the customer experience.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liCollect and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction.




/li liMonitor customer satisfaction KPIs and activate improvement actions.
/li liIdentify and summarize service and product anomalies from the customer's perspective.
/li liProvide information and data to improve the customer experience.
/li liProvide support to the Customer and manage the loop process /li liSchedule periodic visits to customers, clubs, and dealers.
/li liConduct audits on DI activities and after?sales technical assistance.
/li liAct as a Quality and Excellence ambassador for Technogym.
/li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down?to?earth and ethical.
/p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction management.
/li liStrong customer orientation and project management skills.
/li liExperience with quality audits and customer satisfaction techniques.
/li liProficiency in data analysis and statistical aptitude.
