If you're passionate about HR, well-versed in labor law, and eager to kickstart your career in this field, this role might be a great fit for you.How You'll Make An ImpactGuide/train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools, on understanding and complying with HR practices, processes and policies.Ensure the quality of data in HR tools / systems and manage HR reporting.Liaison/interface with HR Operations on payroll issues and follow up on key escalation.Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures.Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies.Support coordination of training activities on siteCollaboration in the preparation of information material for local HRBP on activities in connection with meetings with trade unions.Ensure blue collar scouting, support recruiting with external agencies.Living core values of safety and integrity,
