Manager / Team Leader

As EMEA Accounting Manager, you lead and coach a hybrid finance team across the UK, Netherlands and Italy.
You own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes for all EMEA entities, delivering accurate statutory and management reports.
You'll drive process improvements to standardise and streamline workflows while maintaining high-quality accounts.
Your leadership stabilises the accounting function and supports change across a global CRO, with hands-on involvement when needed.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for all EMEA entities and improve accounting quality
Deliver statutory, management,



and ad-hoc financial reports on time and accurately
Support and standardise finance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Manage, mentor, and develop the EMEA accounting team across dispersed locations
International accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in statutory reporting and maintaining clean books
Proven track record as a manager with xysqume remote team leadership
Comfort with hands-on involvement and coaching
Strong ERP experience (JD Edwards; future transition to Microsoft D365)
Statutory GAAP knowledge and experience overseeing audits
