ppbSoftware Quality Assurance Specialist (Quality Champion) /b /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liAct as the quality reference for one or more software product teams /li liSupport teams in tailoring and applying the RFOC software development and quality processes /li liHelp define and track quality milestones (reviews, test readiness, release readiness, KPIs, etc.) /li liContribute to process compliance with internal procedures and applicable safety/security requirements /li liCoordinate and support internal and external audits (preparation of evidence, follow?up of actions) /li liReview key work products (requirements, design, tests, reports) from a quality perspective /li liPromote best practices (reviews, test strategy, traceability, configuration management, CI/CD, automation) /li liCollaborate closely with developers, project leaders and other stakeholders to balance effort and quality goals /li liContribute to continuous improvement of our processes, methods and tools, based on feedback and lessons learned /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou have a background in software (e.g. Software Engineer, Embedded Developer, Tester, System Engineer) and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
/li liExperience in software quality assurance, process, audits or safety/security is a plus; otherwise you show strong motivation to learn and grow quickly in this direction.
/li liYou are comfortable discussing technical topics (e.g. requirements, design, tests, code) with development teams.
/li liYou have a structured and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and robustness.

/li liYou demonstrate strong communication and relational skills and you enjoy working transversally with multiple teams.
/li liYou are able to negotiate and influence to find realistic compromises between quality, effort and planning.
/li liYou are curious, open to feedback and willing to continuously improve both your skills and the way we work.
/li liFluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French or other languages are a plus depending on your location.
