Support client selection processes and development of client programs for events (Villa Zegna,
Milan Fashion Shows)
Coordinate development and execution of exclusive experiences aligned with brand identity
Assist in managing partnerships with the aim of recruiting HNWI and creating unique guest experiences
Oversee the gifting strategy delivery
Coordinate cross-functional and international collaboration to ensure flawless guest journeys
5-8 years' experience in luxury client engagement or client relations
Strong project management and organizational skills with xysqume high attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional and international teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Client-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
