TheRole
ReportingtotheGlobalNaturalExtracts&BiostimulantsProcurementLead;,theProcurementSpecialistwill contributetotheeffectivemanagementofprocurementactivitiesinlinewithbusinessstrategy,qualitystandardsandefficiencytargets.
TherolewillplayanimportantpartintheglobalimplementationofthenewSAPS/4HANAsystem,helpingoptimisepurchasingprocessesandpromotesustainable,compliantoperationsacrosstheorganisation.Thisisavaluableopportunitytoworkinanternationalenvironmentonahigh-impacttransformationinitiative.
KeyResponsibilities
- SupporttheglobalimplementationofSAPS/4HANA,contributingtotheoptimisationandstandardisationofprocurementprocesses.
- Managesupplierrelationshipsfromscoutingandqualificationthroughtopurchaseorderissuance,monitoringefficiencyandcompliance.
- Supportsuppliernegotiationsandallocatepurchasingrequirementstothemostappropriatesuppliers.
- Maintainpurchaseorders,includingdelivery-dateandpriceupdates.
- Monitortenderprocesses,preparebidanalysesandcontributetosupplier-selectionmeetings.
- WorkcloselywithPurchasingandotherrelevantfunctionstoidentifyandcommunicatesupplyissuesthatmayaffectbusinessoperations.
- SupporttheGlobalNaturalExtracts&BiostimulantsProcurementLeadininvestmentandotherstrategicprojects.;
- CollaboratewiththeLegalDepartmentindefiningsupplycontracts,ensuringalignmentwithcompanypoliciesandstandards.
- Monitorsupplierperformance,includingpost-contractperformance.
- Provideguidancetointernalstakeholdersonprocurementprocesses,proceduresandeffectiveapproachestocomplexissues.
- Ensurefulladherencetohealth,safetyandenvironmentalpoliciesandprocedures.
WhoWeAreLookingFor
- 2/3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience,ideallyinProcurement,SupplyChainorrolessupportingcomplexprojects.
- Stronginterestinpurchasingprocesses,operationalexcellenceandsustainability.
- Goodunderstandingofsuppliermanagement,tenderingandpurchase-orderprocesses.
- Proactive,results-orientedmindsetandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyindynamic,cross-functionalenvironments.
- Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills.
- GoodknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeSuite;familiaritywithERPsystems,particularlySAP,isanadvantage.
- Knowledgeofcompanysystemsandwaysofworkingwillbeconsideredaplus.
- ProfessionalworkingproficiencyinEnglish;Italianisrequired.
