Borsa Italiana- Technical Account ManagementIn this role you support Euronext customers with specialist advisory and ensure high satisfaction, acting as a reference on operational and technology topics.
You will manage client relationships, deliver trainings and webinars, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
You will contribute to changing the client experience through projects and capture feedback to drive improvements.
This is a hands?on position at the intersection of finance, tech and client success, based in Milan with opportunities to travel and shape capital markets future.
Gross annual salary starting from €36,000

Provide specialist business support and consultancy to customers
Manage client relationships, communications and external documentation
Conduct trainings,



demos and webinars to present products and services
Collaborate with other divisions to ensure customer satisfaction and task completion
Participate in change projects affecting clients with quality and on?time delivery
Collect and analyze client feedback to support new requirements implementation
Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
Interest in information technology and the xysqume financial sector
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Entrepreneurial attitude, motivation and enthusiasm
Customer- and results?oriented mindset
Creativity and willingness to travel
One to three years of experience in a client?facing or technical support role (preferred)
