The program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives.

From day one, you join ION on afull?time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.
What You'll Do
Conducting user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to generate actionable insights

Mapping user journeys and service blueprints to identify friction and improvement opportunities
Designing wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups aligned to brand standards and user expectations
Collaborating with product managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver consistent end?to?end experiences
Presenting solutions, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real?world data
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human?Computer Interaction, or a related field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with strong academic record
Written and spoken English at B2 level or above
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross?functional teams
Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non?EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
