Senior Director of Finance Operations and Project Controlling EMEAIn this role you lead the financial management of Dematic's EMEA Business Solutions projects and the EMEA Engineering and Software Execution units.
You act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk oversight across multiple regions.
You will shape financial strategy, ensure project profitability, and champion operational excellence and data-driven insight across a dispersed, international team.

Pay Transparency
P&L; ownership for Dematic EMEA BS Operations, from revenue to gross profit
Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial objectives for Operations
Oversee project and financial controlling, including profitability, timelines, and budget adherence
Govern risk management framework and monitor mitigation strategies across units
Drive process standardization for cost management, forecasting, and reporting
Provide executive financial guidance to Operations leadership and collaborate with Global DEMATIC finance
Partner with senior Dematic Group leaders to shape business strategies and project outcomes
Support workload/capacity analysis and resource optimization for projects across EMEA
10+ years of experience in a complex, high-tech, global business
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master's degree preferred
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting
Proven leadership in an international xysqume organization and in managing remote teams
Excellent communication with ability to influence executives
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
Ability to manage multiple locations and foster collaboration
High integrity, urgency, and results-orientation
Ability to mentor and cultivate an inclusive, diverse environment
