STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a talented engineer to join the Laser Splitting and Grinding Process Engineering team in the new Catania mass-production facility. You will define process flows, optimize recipes, and ensure equipment performance to drive the SiC ramp-up toward mass production.

The role involves close collaboration with the ST Silicon Carbide center in Sweden, potential on-site training, and a focus on yield improvement and process industrialization.
