About the RoleWe are looking for amotivated and skilled Senior CRM Developer, ideally with experience inMicrosoft Dynamics 365, though candidates with experience in other CRM systems are also welcome.
The ideal candidate hasat least 4 years of solid experienceand the ability to manage thefull lifecycle of CRM projects, from requirements analysis to implementation and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be key in deliveringscalable, secure, and integrated CRM solutions, guiding clients through implementation and driving adoption of new technologies.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client requirements, gather specifications, and configure the CRM system accordingly.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Integrate the CRM with other enterprise systems.
Developworkflows, plugins, custom entities, and reportsto support business processes.




Drive continuous improvement by anticipating challenges and introducing new technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.
Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal user experience.
RequirementsAt least 4 years of experienceas a CRM Developer, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong knowledge ofCRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
Experience withDynamics CRM administration, security, and permissions management.
Knowledge ofSQL Server and SQL query writingis a plus.
Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office suiteis a plus.
Excellent problem?solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team?oriented mindset.
