As aSenior FP&A;, you will support theFinancefunction by providing experiencedFP&Acapability.;
You will be responsible forfinancial planning,forecasting,reporting, and deliveringhigh-quality insightsto supportstrategic decision-makingandbusiness performance.
In addition, you will supportdebt financing activities, contributing to an efficientcapital structureandfunding strategy.

What You'll Do
Supportdebt management activities, includingdebt drawdowns,utilisation requests,covenant complianceand ongoinglender reporting
Coordinate the preparation and submission offinancing documentation, working closely withlenders,advisorsandinternal stakeholdersto ensure compliance withfinancing agreements
Support the execution of newdebt financing transactions(e.g.due diligence,model audits,documentationandfinancial close)
Monitordebt facilities,pledged accounts,equity fundingandcash flow forecasts, providing analysis to optimisecash managementand ensure funding requirements are met throughout each project lifecycle
Preparemonthly,quarterlyandannual financial reporting, delivering analysis offinancial performance,KPIsandkey business drivers
Preparevariance analysesand providefinancial insightsto supportstrategic decision-makingandbusiness performance
Support theannual budgeting,quarterly forecastingandlong-term business planningprocesses
Drivecontinuous improvementofFP&A; processes, and support the implementation of a commonfinancial planning tool
Collaborate withinternal departmentsandexternal stakeholdersto ensure effectivefinancial governanceand supportbusiness objectives
Who We're Looking For
5-10 yearsof professional experience,
ideally in agroupormulti-entity environment
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) will be considered a plus
Stronganalyticalandfinancial modellingskills
Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder managementskillsAbility to workindependentlyandcollaboratively
Proficient inMicrosoft Office:Excel,Word,PowerPoint
Fluent inItalianandEnglish

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position.
