We are looking forNetwork Techniciansto provide onsite IT and network support services for a leading international retail client across various customer locations.

This is afreelance, on-demand opportunity, with assignments allocated based on your geographic location and availability.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.
Complete service reports and update support tickets after each onsite intervention.
Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
RequirementsMinimum2 yearsof experience in onsite IT support or network support.
Strong knowledge ofLAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,



VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Hands-on experience with networking equipment fromCisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
Good command ofEnglish (mandatory).
Preferred QualificationsCCNA,CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.
Previous experience delivering IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
