and scope with corrective actions as needed Identify and resolve project issues and risks with practical solutions Prepare and maintain project reporting with progress, risks, costs, and milestones for management Build relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders while representing the company Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities Implement BIM methodologies to enhance coordination and visualization Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and municipalities Assist with land-related clarifications with local authorities and RFI Assist with building permit procedures Assist in technical Site DD for upcoming Italian Cargo Beamer locations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering discipline Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; experience with i TWO and SAP is advantageous Fluent in Italian with professional English proficiency (minimum B2); German is a plus #J-*****-Ljbffr
