Responsibilities Lead the development of Subsea XT technologies Generate new designs, detailed drawings, and bill of materials Manage plan, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management Provide technical guidance and peer reviews for engineering deliverables Coach and mentor other engineers and designers in a diverse team Create new patents and technology while conducting analyses on market trends Requirements Proven experience in Design Engineering for Subsea Production Systems In-depth understanding of engineering and real-life product transformation Experience with 3 D models and detailed drawings using CAD software Deep understanding of GD&T; and Design for Manufacture principles Direct ownership and accountability for managing multiple stakeholders Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously Deep knowledge of CAD tools CREO(PRO-E) and Team Center / PLM Engineering packages Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably Mechanical / Industrial / Petroleum Willingness and desire for personal development Chartered Engineer desirable Hard Skills Design Engineering 3 D Modeling Detailed Drawings GD&T; Design for Manufacture Project Management Stakeholder Management Technical Guidance Patent Creation Market Trend Analysis Soft Skills Coaching Mentoring Collaboration Accountability Personal Development Certifications & Qualifications Chartered Engineer #J-*****-Ljbffr
