CVS Health is seeking a Medical Records Auditor/Abstractor to perform audit and abstraction of records to assign ICD codes for CMS risk adjustment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
The role requires CPC or CCS-P certification and at least 1 year of related experience.
A high school diploma is required; AA/AS is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week and comprehensive benefits.
